Positive Employment for Women Project

At Pagmat, we take pride in having a significant majority of women employees across all levels of our workforce. In line with this, we actively participated in the Introduction Meeting of the Positive Employment for Women Project, a collaboration system aimed at increasing women’s participation and employment. During the visit to our booth by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Prof. Dr. Vedat Işıkhan, and the Governor of Manisa, Mr. Enver Ünlü, we highlighted our commitment and support for the effective participation of women in the professional sphere by introducing our company.
