Through PAGMAT Academy, we identify the training and development needs of PAGMAT employees within the framework of career development. We then design training programs and methods to address these needs effectively.
Our goal is to accurately identify the training needs and areas for improvement of our employees and farmers, enabling their personal, professional, and managerial growth. In doing so, we aim to develop competent individuals with a strong service-oriented mindset, aligned with PAGMAT standards.
