Production Process

Vine Fruit

Pagmat sultanas/raisins are made from clean, high-quality dried grapes sourced from carefully selected growers who follow Pagmat’s handling procedures. These sultanas/raisins are processed from sun-dried, seedless Vitis Vinifera L. grapes, either dipped or undipped, originating from the Aegean region of Turkey.

 

 

Each batch of sultanas/raisins undergoes thorough stemming, cap-stemming, washing, sizing, and mechanical cleaning, all conducted under strict hygiene and manufacturing standards. They are optionally coated with vegetable oil, metal-detected, and subjected to both Laser and X-ray scanning to ensure the highest quality and cleanliness of the final product.

Pagmat guarantees full compliance with food safety regulations and legislation in the importing country concerning the supply or sale of food.

We offer pre-sized, washed, and cleaned fruit, available as finished products in various weight ranges and packaging options, tailored to customer preferences.

 

 

Both organic and conventional dried fruits are available in a variety of forms, including whole, diced, soft, paste, and mixed dried fruit.

Each batch of dried fruits is packaged following stringent hygiene and manufacturing standards, ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and legislation in the importing country related to food supply and sales.

Diced Production

All dried fruits undergo mechanical and electronic cleaning processes, adhering to high hygiene standards and manufacturing practices to ensure the best quality and cleanliness.

The product is then chopped to the desired size, packed, and metal detected.

Additionally, diced dried fruits can be further dried in special ovens upon request, providing a crunchier texture.

Sizes are customizable to customer specifications, including 10x10mm, 8x8mm, 5x5mm, and 4x4mm.

Diced dried fruits are widely used across various food industries, including breakfast cereals, chocolate, bakery, and pastry products.

Soft Production

After undergoing mechanical and electronic cleaning, the product is rehydrated, packed into sealed heat-resistant bags, and pasteurized to enhance its shelf life.

It is then passed through metal detectors for quality assurance.

We also offer the option to rehydrate the fruits using a potassium sorbate solution, pack them in the requested packaging type, and conduct metal detection to ensure product safety.

Paste Production

High-quality dried fruits are meticulously cleaned according to stringent hygiene and manufacturing standards.

After undergoing laser and x-ray scanning for optimal quality, the product is fully ground, packed in the requested packaging type, and passed through metal detectors for safety.

Upon customer request, the paste product can also be further dried in specialized ovens to achieve the desired texture.

Flavored Dried Fruit Production

Flavored dried fruit production involves adding coatings or infusions to enhance flavor, improve texture, or increase the product’s appeal to consumers.

 

 

 

We prepare high-quality dried fruits with excellent texture and taste, adhering to strict hygiene and manufacturing standards throughout the flavoring process.

After completing the cleaning procedures, the desired flavor is added, and the product is packed in the chosen packaging type. The appropriate packaging is selected for flavored dried fruits to preserve freshness, maintain flavor, and attract our target market.

Coated Dried Fruit Production

The dried fruits are thoroughly cleaned following stringent hygiene and manufacturing standards, then coated with selected coating materials based on customer preferences.

 

We offer various coating options, including chocolate (milk, dark, or white), yogurt (made from a yogurt-based mixture), and sugar coatings, ensuring the highest quality and cleanliness of the final product.

After the coating process is complete, the coated product is packaged in both bulk and retail sizes at our facility.
